OMFG!
http://cdn.images.dailystar-uk.co.uk...day/sunday.gif CABBIE Lloyd Mullaney is blown through the door of the Peacocks’ house after the tram crash causes an explosion to rip through their home. And with Lloyd unable to get inside the burning building, fans will have to wait until the soap’s 50th anniversary to find out whether Ashley, Claire and their two sons are in the house. Before filming the scenes, actor Craig Charles, 46, was shown how to land safely on a crash mat by a stunt double. CLAIM AN ONLINE POKER BONUS OF UP TO $250! But the soap’s bosses are keeping tight-lipped about what happens to Lloyd, whether he survives the *explosion and if the Peacocks make it out alive. A Corrie insider said: “The tram crashes into the corner shop and causes a fire to rage through the Peacocks’ house next door. “Lloyd is in the street and his first reaction is to get into the house. “He has no idea whether Claire and Ashley are inside and he doesn’t get the chance to find out. “As soon as he gets inside he’s blown back out through the door. “Craig was more than up for doing the stunt himself. Most of the cast are doing all their own stunts. “We’ve got some of the best special effects and stunt people in the *country working on the storyline. As soon as that tram crashes it really does become Devastation Street.” Corrie bosses started filming the soap’s biggest-ever disaster earlier this month to celebrate its 50th *anniversary. The tram carnage will see a number of much-loved characters die or get injured after it careers off the viaduct. The insider added: “There is a huge buzz around the set. The work that people are putting in is just incredible. “They’ve already shot some really powerful scenes and there have been a lot of real tears.” The shocking scenes will be shown in December. |
That would make more sense.
It's really hard for any of the soaps to keep the viewers guessing when a character is about to leave a show. More so for the actors who are well established. Hollyoaks nearly got away with bringing an old character back unnoticed, but then that leaked a week or two ago. We live in the Internet age where everyone knows what everyone else is up to. |
Ha ha!
Just what I was talking about.... Great gossip though, I'm so excited for Corrie Quote:

I agree, this is going to be the biggest soap disaster there is. While I'm all in favour and really excited about this, the one thing I fear is that we may never have a corner shop or cabin again in the street.
I hope this is really just rumours, because I can't imagine the street without either of those two. |
The Kabin will be back, the guy who plays Norris hinted at it being bigger :p as for the Corner Shop...D:

Good, we're half way there then......
On that note I need to get some sleep. Catch you later :xyxwave: |
