I think he's winning and cashing in or maybe even perhaps as Michael said The Rock comes back to help Cena to ensure he's in the company for WM....

I don't think it's plausible that they would pay The Rock to do a run in unadvertised on a B-Show. Then again this entire storyline has been like some sort of surreal dream.
