I suspect the new trailer will come alongside the release of the Game Informer article now, Lower Manhattan (and R* HQ) has power again, but they're not back in until Monday, and even then they will need to sort the place out and have a few days to finish the trailer.

Possibly, Manhattan has power back now, so hopefully they will be able to finish it off and post it on Monday
