I like it.. I love the build up and I enjoy Xmas day and New year... it's January and February that really fill me with dread! :sad:

January fills me with dread, its a depressing month, esp straight after new year, always seems such an anti climax. Do you have a lot of bad weather, snow etc in Scotland at that time?

Not really.. Obviouslt the ski resorts up north have a lot of snow but we usually have fairly mild winters without extremities.... until 2 years ago that is! That was the worst winter I can remember; the snow was 2/3 feet deep in places.. stayed around for two months and we had temperatures aslow as -20.

Last winter was back to nmormal though.. everybody had bought their snow shovels and their wellies etc.. and we didn't get any snow at all! :laugh:

Posted the new larger version of the picture supplied by Claudia (thanks :)) in the OP. Not going to do a list of posters, as I disagree with cliques in chat threads, and it then looks like only those people are welcome to post there, that's the impression it gives, like it or not.

Just finally threw away those cauliflower and broccolli cupasoups that have been in the cupboard for about 10 years....What possessed me to buy them?..
