Watching an Irishman lead a team of previous bottlers to a world cup was truly beautiful

And only Brian Carney to show for the greatest sport on Earth, Rugby League.

I think he's talking about the man that actually lifted the World Cup, he has a point.

MTVN 21-07-2019 09:06 PM

Well that's nonsense because it was Ben Stokes who led the mighty England to glory over those New Zealand bastards and he is a Kiwi!!

MTVN 21-07-2019 09:07 PM

Err...

Alf 21-07-2019 09:13 PM

You can basically thank Rugby League for England winning the Cricket World Cup, because Ben's dad, Ged Stokes, became the coach of Workington Town in 2003, and that's how the Stokes family came to England.

MTVN 21-07-2019 09:18 PM

Finally rugby league serves a purpose :clap1:

Alf 21-07-2019 09:58 PM

You have no argument. You watch American Football, which is a slow version of Rugby League, with PPE.

You should hang your head in shame.

England winning the cricket world cup with 90% of there key players being born abroad and captained by an Irishman made my summer

Will be funny when Ireland beat them once again in the upcoming tests

It's the Lefties, they dominate politics and public opinion, they feel nothing for pride, honour, tradition and patrism. If they could, they'd have every sports national team made up of people from different countries.

I'm not a fan of it, but that's the way it's gonna be now.
