i thought that sho as a disgrace, they went way over the top on zee.....totslly bullie him and showed no balnce in their critique either
these so called successful business people seem to go on these shows and display earth shattering self righteous sanctimoniousness ......like lara morgan tonight........it seems to have folloe from gordon ramsey types. arrogant T**ts using their power and position to patronise and demean less experienced people

Benjamin 29-05-2013 12:12 AM

He was a twat though.

Shaun 29-05-2013 12:14 AM

that was a shambles... Natalie completely lost her cool and should have gone. On the other hand, he was an arsehole.

That short hairy loser is one of the most brilliant military minds in history and was the most powerful man in Europe during his rule :nono:

Suppose that is a bit like Zee come to think of it as well

Kizzy 29-05-2013 12:23 AM

He still lost

GiRTh 29-05-2013 09:11 AM

It jumped the shark.

You could tell what was gonna happen even before it id. The moment they read out the measurement for the flag it was clear it was gonna be about a quarter of the size. Zee then choosing to not bring in any of the team members who made a mistake but bring in the two - he felt made the least contribution who happened to be women - left him open to the accusation made by Natalie in the boardroom. Her accusation were fair enough TBH. He needed to explain why he didn't bring in the team members who actually made mistakes.

For me this was another sign the his show has gone down the sh!tter. Also, I think Zee is the thickest candidate to have ever been chosen for the show. Just incredibly stupid. He cant think ahead or anticipate two or three steps ahead. Truly stupid bloke who thinks by just talking people will not see how dumb he is. He should never have got anywhere near this show. He reminds me of many bosses I've worked for.

I still can't get over the fact 3 of them thought there were 12cm in a foot!

It was an error, not a big error cuz ultimately it didn't cost them the task but still a mistake.

I watched the show with my daughter and her boyfriend - both are 18 - and I was the only one in the room who spotted the error. Neither of them noticed. When I asked them they were surprised I knew the difference between inches and cent. They say they were never taught it. WTF these two have just left school. Both of them got more than 10 GCSE's but dont know inches from cent's.

arista 29-05-2013 10:01 AM

He is a pig of man
over cocky zee

the truth 29-05-2013 02:12 PM

I knew the moment it was ordered.....2 meteres is around 78 inches......yet they thought 72 cm was 6 foot? basically 1 inch is 2.5 cm yet no one picked up on this error? amazing

I do think he DID take the right people into the boardroom though as both did nothing...Natalie did nothing as always, leah destroyed the task but simply moaning and complaining and getting personal from the start...she also ignorantly demanded she be boss, them sub team boss, she did an awful job and only got 1 product....the accusation of taking in the worng people is a fair argument but I think zee countered it well and I think he did take in the right people....But the accusation of sexism is a disgrace and if I was him Id take legal action as that will seriously hurt his career

Kizzy 29-05-2013 02:30 PM

height of people is still usually measured in ft and in, surely one of them knew 6ft was not 78cm?... come on, these are supposed to be astute business brains :joker:

Marcus. 29-05-2013 02:31 PM

Do you understand why the sexism accusation was made? It was an excuse that he gave them by not thinking things thru. The man was a prize idiot.

As has been pointed out, these days on the Apprentice there is very little harmony. Most candidates realise that if they undermine the PM then they have an instant excuse in the boardroom. Leah tactics were no different to many others that have been in the process so I was shocked Zee fell into the trap of bringing in a candidate who had openly criticised him. This usually leads to all the dirty laundry being aired in the board room. I was disappointed that Leah didn't stick it to him TBH. She had the ammo but she was a bit wet in the BR IMO. Luisa would have tore him a new one if she had been in Leah's position. For me, Nat was the one who got personal or hysterical depending on how you look at it.

I disagree that Zee countered the arguments well. He was trying to deflect but there was no where to go, the two who made mistakes were back at the house. Zee made himself a sitting duck in the end.

MTVN 29-05-2013 02:50 PM

Natalie just started banging on about him being a sexist because he wouldn't hold the door open for him, she's a silly bint

Kizzy 29-05-2013 03:14 PM

No but seriously he was sexist....
It wasn't just that it was the blatent way zee ignored the glaringly obvious failings of the tasks by the two male candidates to focus on her. It was obvious he was just picking who he considered the weakest link of the whole lot and not specifically his task, that backfired.
The Irish lass was right to pull him up on his failings and Sugar was wrong to suggest she was making it personal, he was acting in an egotistical manner towards her and others. His attitude is not right for the winning spot there's bravado and assuredness and there's arrogance and incompetence.

I 100% disagree....I think he showed tremendous dignity and humour in fending off the utterly preposterous accusations of sexism, Id have been onto my lawyer immediately. his reputation has been wrongly tainted by that vicious slur. frankly if hed called them racist for having a go at the only Asian in the team, that counter claim wouldn't have been any less absurd than their claim

sugar saw through that and rightly warned leah whose behaviour was disgusting throughout

sugar sacked zee for losing and for overseeing team that made a few bad errors, but sugar has marked the cards of leah and Natalie.......those 2 clowns don't seem to realise that being nasty petty vindictive and making false accusations will never wash with sugar. they've already lost. theres more chance of mr blobby becoming his business partner.

whereas some others made mistakes it wasn't really showing a blackness of character that these 2 have displayed.

Brother Leon 29-05-2013 05:53 PM

Poor Zee. That bitter woman was against him from the go.

Kizzy 29-05-2013 06:04 PM

In every task he relied on his bombastic egocentric personality, he was dismissive of any input from his female colleagues, that was obvious very early on.
Two experienced businesswomen felt the same way, there has to be a reason they both expressed the same feelings here?

yes they were both useless on the task
leah demanded she be deputy team leader she got 1 product all day?

Natalie did nothing

they just dealt the dirtiest card from the bottom of the deck i.e. the poor me sexist card , it was a disgrace
as for leah how is she an experienced business person? hasn't she been in med school for the past 7 years?

all they should have done was stick to the task and try and prove what they actually contributed , which was very little, so in desperation they slandered him.....he was way way too nice in accepting such a disgusting personal attack

Benjamin 29-05-2013 09:40 PM

He was sexist. Even on You're hired he failed to properly explain why he took those two in to the boardroom over the two in his team that actually messed up and cost him the win, and said it was just coincidence that it looked like sexism. He ignored Natalie and her input, he riled up Leah and didn;t even have the common courtesy to hold the door for Natalie on return to the boardroom.
