Of course, it should never have gotten that far. But it was a very odd situation, not one they have ever faced before.Thats not an excuse for their slowness, but it might explain why they didnt react quickly enough.

Which resulted in her getting out of the bed, and striking him 3 times with her pillow, while he can be clearly heard laughing his head off? The same daley who was still laughing when she landed on top of him and covered his face. The same daley that was laughing after hazel slapped his behind. The same daley that was still laughing when hazel took his sheet.

In fact his mood only changed when he stood up and realised he couldnt see his sheet. We then heard the whole "you dont want to make me angry" speach.

And when she pulled down down his pants, he started laughing again, the mood lightened for a moment. He started dancing on the spot asking if she wanted to play "that game".

I dont think the facts, moment by recorded moment, fit your version of events.

I am pointing out that BB have acted quickly before to stop a situation escalating and it's not the only time. So I disagree with your point that this was entirely new ground. On the fact that BB were slow to act, we seem to agree.

Having a man grab a woman by the throat and threat to "nut" her is fairly new ground. But its not the first time they've allowed things to escalate out of control. The famous "fight night" comes straight to mind.

Should they always act quickly? Of course. But the reality is that they do mess up.

It is double standards, but ones that are socially accepted. Men are viewed as the sexually dominant species. Take Loose Women, a group of women sitting around on national TV at midday talking about mens bodies etc. Flip that round and imagine a group of men discussing titties.
