Even if she DID see her mother, what's Charlottes point ? :conf:
It sounded to me like Charlotte's saying the most needy who e.g. couldn't survive without a visit etc shouldn't get so called preferential treatment. Personally I fail to see how you gain any real advantage winning the show. But assuming for 1 sec that they DO, then why does Charlotte feel SHE should get the preferential letter treatment instead ? It smacks of "Fair when I want it, but not fair if others do." ! |
Lauren and Vicky need to go.
Charlotte is absolutely right about it being unfair that Lauren got to see her mother. (Believe me if Lauren had not saw her mother she would have said something, instead of sitting there like a dumb piece of candy floss). After tonight's show Vicky needs to go. I thought she went over the top about criticizing Dusty and now she has completely lost it with Charlotte. Get Lauren and Vicky out.

In any case if Charlotte is so right it's unfair, how come SHE wants the preferential treatment letter but it's not fair for others to ? |

Charlottes point was that everyone should have a level playing field and that if Lauren at 35 is so needy that when she is ill she has to be visited by her Mother she should not be in the house, which I agree with. I don't think there has been a single night that Lauren has not made the Highlights but she was obviously was "so ill" at some point that it gave rise to the HMs suspicions that she saw her Mum which if she did is wholly unfair as of course is gives her an advantage as she knows now how she is perceived. As well as the kid glove treatment she got during BBFM this is a total farce. |

Your quote above proves Charlotte is 100% correct in what she was saying. It's a game and nobody should be receiving special treatment. If nut job Lauren was too fragile to receive the same treatment as all the other HM's, then she should never have been allowed to go into the house in the first place! |

She didnt see her mother, but apparently had contact |

Really? I think differently. If Lauren wins or even makes the final of this years celeb BB nothing much will come of it. She will go back home to Tudor Cottage in Cardiff and the reality that the cameras have been switched off and she still has no friends except her Mum, Dad, brothers and cats may have an adverse effect and, imo, will do much more damage than good! |
It's plain as day that Lauren had some sort of contact with her mum. Maybe just a phone call or a message from her rather than actually seeing her, but anyone who believes she "just saw a doctor" is kidding themselves. Although she obviously did also see a doctor as its very obvious that her meds have been changed.
|
So BB trots out the Standard half truth she didn't physically SEE her mother she JUST had CONTACT with her. So once again, that's alright then!

Errr.....excuse me???? Most of the Lauren fans have been banging on about how suicidal she was/is and that she deserves it because it will boost her confidence and she's had such a **** life, blah blah blah. So, it's OK for Lauren to win with they sympathy vote then? Can you spell hypocrisy???? |
How did this story first start ?
|
It's the final few days. Egos are getting fragile. Rumours are being started in order to put 'competition' at risk of eviction. In this case the housemates realise that Lauren is popular and it seems they are thinking of ways to get her to be less popular.
On BBOTS Emma categorically denied on BB's behalf that Lauren has NOT seen her mother. All that has happened from this episode is that Charlotte and Vicky have been made to look like utter fools. And in Charlotte's case that is quite an achievement as she is a complete idiot anyway. Lauren, Courtney and Abz in the final!!! ABZ TO WIN! |

To me a phone call means nothing. It only made Charlotte go crazy for no reason. The equal playing field doesn't make sense. She didn't give Bruce an equal playing field, she kept people awake at night making stupid noises. That isn't an equal playing field. Life is never an equal playing field. If Lauren was ill and had to speak to somebody, then that's just how it is. If you go to the diary room, and speak to BB more than somebody else, that's just how it is. If somebody pours milk in your bed it isn't an equal playing field that you get less sleep.

She didn't get to see her mother. Lets prove Mario wrong and stop being thick.
|
All this over a phone call? :bored:
|
The public have spoken. Charlotte has now dropped down to 3rd on oddschecker. lol
