I agree. I think it helped that Carmel was Bryan Kirkwood's original creation, it's the first death he's done since he returned which you can tell he's really spent time on.

A very nice episode, although I wish Nana could have been there for Carmel's death scene. I feel like Nico might not make it either, perhaps another death like Jono's? But Mercedes is also leaving, doubt she'll die as well.

Same about Nana, but I guess they had to write Kathleen Angel and Myra Pochantus out of the stunt somehow.
