If it continues to get around 1.4/5M inc +1 then yeah it's really for CH5 and BB.

CH5's average is like 900k.

Will. 09-06-2016 09:34 PM

It should be higher tonight as it always improves after the day 1 highlights but I'm not sure if it will.

Will. 09-06-2016 09:37 PM

Last year actually only increased by 10K.

It's up against another EU thing though

What did they expect by launching on a Tuesday

Excluding +1:

Big Brother: 1.04m (5.3%)
Love Island: 0.68m (3.4%)

stop blaming what its up against. the show is basically ruined by the prods interference.

Of course the ratings are going to be affected by what it's up against. That's how television works.

lmao

Sure the % share is just as important as the actual viewing figure? 5% ain't too shabby.

Jake. 10-06-2016 09:42 AM

Big Brother: 1.2m (6.2%) inc +1

"In their droves" is a bit OTT don't you think?

Viewers drop from the launch every year, this is nothing new

1.2M is what the first Thursday got last year.

TomC 10-06-2016 10:30 AM

Not too bad then. But surely it won't climb like last year unless they pull desperate stunts :worry:

Do you say anything that's not negative? it was up against the EU debate and Love Island which from the ratings clearly effects both shows when they're both on
