But how would you know what experiences a black person has in everyday life? Just because you don't personally see it doesn't mean it doesn't exist.

I deal with a lot of nigerian women at work and they all come across as aggresive when they are not being aggresive.

My point is when you talk to people like **** REGARDLESS of colour of skin, one day you will get your just deserts ,white people don't have a race card to throw in

In summer I go pink but i get treated ok all the time, white or pink. Most aggressive blacks use the race card like free passes just because its become a bit of a trend. Modern society sides with the intolerance of racist issues so its easy to bring up if you feel you are loosing an argument. is it the colour of my skin that offends you is the fav. we dont need to bring it up, they do. Most blacks have learned to live without race issues and most whites shy away from these issues but there are allways the idiots in society that drag up colour, weight, in fact anything to gain an edge, thats life im afraid.

Im missing it as well. I am Irish like you and when I came to england yrs ago i got the usual Paddy and spud basher, but when things got hot i got the thick mick handle, that hurt. So being white does not exclude you from race issues.

You're actually making my point Sam. That's exactly what i mean, yours and my experiences as an Irish person in England would have been totally different to an English persons (certainly a few years back not so much now though I think from my own experiences) That's all I was trying to say really. You can't tell someone that they don't feel stereotyped if you've never experienced what they do on a day to day basis

....if Sukhvinder called Rebecca aggressive she wouldnt call out Sukhvnder for being racist...it works both ways. Why does the race card only ever come up when black/Asian people are called out for something. White people are a race but I have never seen them use that card when they are being shouted at.

bots 15-06-2017 09:40 AM

There is perception of being aggressive through accent and then there is actual aggression identified by content, delivery and body language. My reading of it was a tick in the box for all 3, it had nothing to do with anything else

Because there is no stereotype saying white women are aggressive  Also, she never actually said you're racist to Rebecca

Jeez, are people saying that we didn't call Helen aggressive because she's white? Helen was aggressive as **** and she was seen as that from Day 2. Nothing to do with whether she was white or black.

In this series alone, we have heard of people calling Chanelle, Joe and Tom aggressive too. Are they black? No.

Effing race card, such a poor thing to bring out. I would understand if something like "well your a stereotypical angry black woman" was said, but it came from nowhere.

Does this mean I am never allowed to call a black person aggressive in the chance I may be called racist? I'll call any Dom, Dick or Harry aggressive if they are aggressive.

You're missing the point, Helen won, if Helen was black she wouldn't of won for a fact

EXACTLY Rusty !! this is my point, white people don't have a card to throw in ,if someone doesn't like us ,so be it ,we move on ....but thats the not the case with non white, they always claim doesn't like them because of their colour when really its because they are an arrogant, mouthy twat

ethanjames 15-06-2017 09:47 AM

well she isn't wrong? if she was white she would be labelled as a queen but because she is black she is labelled as aggressive
