I think Alana's win was only leaked because she was the only candidate Lord Sugar was following on Twitter so people assumed from that

Oh i don't know, when you read how they do the endings etc it only says two. Maybe he only did one this year. I guess every year he reveals the actual winner first then film a second ending. (or the other way round)
