So what is the "sort of behaviour" of someone who has been assaulted, Nicky? You seem to know what "isn't", so I assume you know what "is".

at least not someone who makes jokes about that on the bus

we all know what is though? from actual rape victims, how they suffer from that trauma and need help weeks, months even years after that assault had taken place

The answer is that there is no usual or expected response from an assault victim; some people are traumatised, some people stuff down their feelings about it, some people genuinely aren't hugely affected at all. And some make jokes. "Expecting" a certain response is a mistake... everyone is different. This argument has been used to get rapists off the hook countless times... "victim didn't seem upset enough for it to be true".

  • New footage has showed Jenni Hermoso joking with her Spain team-mates
  • Hermoso is shown to be laughing at memes of her being kissed by Luis Rubiales

The leaked footage, posted on Twitter account Alvise Perez, appeared
alongside the hard-hitting message: 'Let's begin @Jennihermoso.

1) Why were you showing off with your teammates and posing as you
laughed with the meme of your short kiss with Rubiales?

2) Why are all your team-mates who now say they're scandalised shouting
with you at Rubiales 'Kiss' on the bus after seeing the peck on the lips?

3) Why did you ask Rubiales jokingly for a kiss on the bus, and why did you
laugh when he replied, 'No, you're making me blush?'

'I don't want you to 'say the truth' because Spain today knows it.

'I want you to go to prison.'

I can’t find any footage .. and that Daily Mail link is just like every other Daily Mail link .. utter nonsense and completely made up or grossly exaggerated to make up a story out of nothing

They are all basically ClickBait links

Know what else is a fun statistic?

Domestic violence and spousal sexual assault both increase dramatically all across central Scotland on Old Firm clash weekends. Yeah I guess I am having a failure in comprehension by not understanding why "being passionate about a ball getting kicked about" prompts some men to beat up and/or sexually assault their wives and partners.

One of the most bizarre and pathetic excuses for loss of control I've ever encountered.

It's nothing new of course, entitled manbabies throwing their toys out of the pram over a lost game of footie is something I've seen my whole life. So I shouldn't be surprised that winning a tournament is, apparently, an excuse for losing control as well.

I'm going to bet that those men that are in that particular stat were probably already abusive before any Old Firm match.

I'm going to guess that some abusers try to use Football as a get out of jail card, similar to when parents used to blame GTA or Manhunt as to why their child just dismembered someone else's body, because unfortunately certain individuals can't just accept that they have issues.

Of course they're abusive all the time, the point is that statistically attacks and assaults go up on Old Firm match days specifically because these men get "passionate" about the football and take out their frustration on the people around them. Like children. Grown adults should be able to keep their "passions" in check and not let them affect their behaviour. On this thread, "getting carried away" was being used as justification for grown adults acting without thinking. It might be the explanation - but it isn't an excuse. It's just a game, and they need to grow up.

You can SURVIVE without food - you'll be pretty unwell after a few days. Also he's talking about healthy adults... older people and kids will fare worse.

Also there's a "hump" to get over when blood sugar has dropped to low levels. Body will switch to burning fat (and then muscle ... and then organs...) in time but while it's still "expecting" food, it wants sugar/carbs, and you'll feel very weak and unwell without them.

OR she might also not be drinking enough and have gotten dehydrated.

if someone has diabetes, going on hunger strike will be a serious issue within hours

Type 1 yes definitely, intermittent fasting can actually help people with type 2 (managed properly of course).

Again, healthy adults like age 18-50. For younger people (growing) or older (to be blunt... less internally stable) not the best idea.

Jenni Hermoso has filed a legal complaint over kiss with Rubiales. It means Rubiales could face criminal charges.

Has she filed it in an Australian court as it happened there?

Spain has no jurisdiction over what happens in another sovereign state.

So just to clarify

After she lifted him off the ground with a very tight hug :umm2:

If she had kissed him on the lips it would have been totally fine?

Just like the lady and the jockey

Is that correct?

Has the Jockey complained about being uncomfortable though? Because that is a pretty big difference between the two situations.

However I will say that I think that there have been some people on TV and in the Media circles full stop that don't really care about this situation or Hermoso, they just want to score brownie points against the "other side" and it's honestly pathetic how low these people are tbh.

And for anyone wanting me to point out an example, look at the Lionesses clearly PR managed statement about this situation.

But on the other side, Rubiales hasn't done himself any favours with his behaviour during the final, but especially during the aftermath, he just couldn't admit that he might've gone OTT.
