Zizu, please stop complaining in the ratings thread and do it somewhere else...
In the grand scheme of things, last night's eviction has given us the highest overnight ratings since Week 1. We've got an overnight average of 912,000 viewers. To say that this second revival is dead on arrival is complete bs. BBAU's second revival between its latest 3 series has seen worse ratings than what we're seeing in 1 series. |

Would have expected a bit higher considering it was on ITV and ITV2.
I think they should focus on perfecting the show and stop pushing for views. The way the evictions are executed and the interviews are awful. It seems quite strange to be airing it on 2 channels at same time. Made a lot of sense for the launch as it was revived after 5 years and it once was a massive show. |
I’m presuming ITV aren’t happy with the ratings hence why they’re pushing it on ITV1?
If you take into consideration what the show was getting in 2017/18 it’s done alright. Anything around 1 million overnight is decent for ITV2. |
It got 769K on ITV1
And 681K on ITV2 Really low for ITV1, they should just leave it on ITV2. I’m sure ITV1 have something else to air at 9PM which would get far more views. Would be shocked if they continue to air it on ITV1 |
I don’t know why people would expect any higher tbh. Why would a casual viewer tune in to a series that only has 2 weeks left?
|
It’s true, why wouldn someone tune in now
Not sure what ITV are thinking, there coming across as desperate imo. No need to air it 2 channels at same time It’s doing decent on ITV2, just let it be |
Maybe they just didn't really have any prime programming lined up, for the last few weeks they've had the rugby world cup to show on weekend evenings

950k for last nights episode.

So far, the series average based off of the overnights is 914,000 viewers. The average based on the officials is 1.8 million viewers.
|
Do we ever get streaming figures? Because of course those could be an absolute game changer for whether they'll renew it or not.
If we do get streaming numbers, do we know what the averages are, factoring in everything? |

We have gone from 700k/800k overnights to it consistently being in the 900k+ overnights and the finale has every chance of rating between 1.5 and 1.9 million. This is going to be the highest rated since BB11 by the looks of it and a massive increase of BB19’s 1.07 in officials. I did hear ITV were hoping for a 1.03 in officials so they’re going to be more than happy with these and the online engagement has been massive. |

How did last night's episode do ratings wise?
|
No idea I haven’t seen it posted anywhere
|
Tuesdays episode received 934k.
|
Great to see the ratings growing as the series goes on, opposite of what I thought would happen
