But, the votes have been counted (even with a last-second set of votes). The qualifiers have been revealed, and are now listed on the website and wiki. Congratulations to the countries who qualified, and commiserations to those who didn't. However, all is not lost, as everyone will get to vote on the 20 finalists starting on Saturday when the recap for the final is posted.
