Lol my meals are like that atm.
Having just a bowl of tuna no bread or anything.
Buy tuna, its like im not sure but im sure its like 60p a tin.
its protein rich.. Nil carbs Nil sugar, 0.1 grams of fat

Thought i tend to add salad cream, or if you want have it in a sandwich. Good meal.

Annie 17-06-2009 12:46 PM

Ben I have been living on Tuna Salad and Tuna Pasta Bakes all month

Mrluvaluva 17-06-2009 12:50 PM

I like tuna with mayonnaise. I can't abide cheap tuna though like Asda smart price. It's rank. I would never buy cheap tinned tuna. It's about 40p or something? :yuk:

Annie 17-06-2009 12:52 PM

I buy that John Prices Tuna. The 4 packs are half price in tesco just now!

Mrluvaluva 17-06-2009 12:54 PM

Mrluvaluva 17-06-2009 01:00 PM

Ahh Princes. Nice. So is John West. I love sea food Annie. Prawns, crab, lobster, scallops....mmmmmmmmmm!!!

Annie 17-06-2009 01:01 PM

Ewww thats like my Dad. It makes me cringe. Like my dad will just eat things out of shells while watching the TV and I am like ahhh what the hell is that?!

A couple of years ago on holiday my parents got this big dish to share with seafood and he said he would give me 50 euros to eat some crab and i just couldnt do it. :yuk:

Mrluvaluva 17-06-2009 01:05 PM

It's lovely. That's why I love Chinese food so much. Salt and chili squid. Yum!

andyman 17-06-2009 01:06 PM

Annie 17-06-2009 01:07 PM
