Southern fried chicken steak with gravy and some bread and butter to dunk in the gravy

Going to make myself some Sausages, Hash Browns & Spicy wedges in a minute with BBQ sauce

You're as bad as me though I have gravy with everything and you BBQ sauce

I had chicken nuggets & bbq sauce from mcd's earlier, they gave me about 8 little tubs of sauce and I only had 6 nuggets :laugh:

I only really like BBQ sauces from the Chinese. They know how to do them :love:

This afternoon I had a bag of chocolate éclairs and a bowl of cornflakes. :hugesmile:

Breakfast: An apple.
Lunch: Pasta pot + meatball sauce.
Tea: Chinese - chicken chow mein, rice + curry sauce.

Breakfast was chocolate and coffee.

Lunch was sundried tomatoes with garlic.

A fajita for dinner.
