I wonder if he will be back in the House on Friday.

Jamesy 25-01-2015 05:52 PM

Friday will be too long. I have my bets on him going back in Tuesday night. Maybe he might go back in live?

Vanessa 25-01-2015 05:53 PM

Ah yes, I meant Tuesday.

I actually don't think he'll be there that long - Helen and Chris entered entered The Spare Room late at night and were back in the house the following afternoon I think. So Perez - just on his own - surely couldnt be kept in confinement until Tuesday, especially when the 'secret room' looks tiny too.

There's a bed in the room, so i'm assuming he will be in there for a few days.

Surely, the whole point of the secret room thingy is that whoever goes in their gets surprised then angry as hell when HM's slag them off. Then storms back into the house seeking revenge.
Well, this can't work with Perez because most of the HM's slag him off to his face anyway, and he's so thick skinned I doubt he cares what anyone says.

So what's the point giving him the secret room treatment???

It will be interesting to see if anyone acts any different now he's out.

Hopkins will think she has won it with Perez gone.

Jamesy 25-01-2015 06:17 PM

I doubt any of them believe he is gone either so this could probably be the biggest waste of a secret room ever...

:clap1: IF its immune ,its going against the vast majority of the viewers wishes to keep him in in yet another overdone twist , you only have to look at comments, polls etc to see he is hated ( and rightly so) he adds nothing to the show,if anything the longer its in there the more damage its doing as lots are switching off because of him

True. And as I'm one of the few Perez fans, I'll look forward to the twists, turns, and increased Perez time this task will bring.

PEREZ TO WIN!

It will be a way for the producers to give him immunity from eviction, no doubt they have looked at the votes from the last eviction and can't find any other way to keep Perez in the house.

Hmmm isn't the vast amount of discussion and opinions about Perez online proof that he is actually adding a lot to the show? whether you like him or not you cannot deny that he has sparked plenty of interest which in turn translates to ratings and voters, meaning revenue.

You can hate Perez as much as you like but you can't deny that the producers will be loving him as a housemate as I take the members of the public that picked up their phones and spent money to save him are too

Also lots are certainly NOT switching of due to Perez or anyone else for that matter, the figures speak for themselves and this series is the most watched since it moved to Channel 5.

Hate him if you must, but to say he brings nothing to the show is ridiculous. He's the one everybody talks about, and the one Hopkins needs most of all to perform against.

PEREZ TO WIN!

His popularity is increasing. Could even win now. Stranger things have happened.

I do like the secret house twists but I really hope there's no kicks off to come from this - if there was I think Channel 5 would do them each and every series. Nowadays it's not a question of if someone is going to be fake evicted and put into a secret house, just a question of who and what time in the series.

Will be interesting if figures are affected by the latest twist. Anyway, its my own personal enjoyment that I base it on, and its got me reaching for the off button. I'm prepared to wait and see how things play out, but it goes against everything I personally find enjoyable about BB.

I have been saying he should replace Graham Norton who has become stale. I think a Friday night chat show with Perez as host would be so amazing!

Believe it or not Gary Glitter still has a fan base

It's an unfair twist, but no more unfair than giving selected Housemates the choice alone of putting other housemates up or swap them about for eviction as the two Katies have been allowed to I suppose, no matter what the outcomes to those.

You can still hire "The Glitter Band" for Weddings or Bar Mitzvahs.

Great points in your post Suze.
