bowl of krave half a sausage roll chocolate cookie (like the dark brown, not light brown with choc chip) [medium size] pain au chocolat (medium size) one square of this like rocky road kinda thing two kit kats half a bag of the big pack of kettle sea salt and vinegar crisps an apple fried eggs on toast think that's it salman do the calorie calculation |
oh and for drinks water, tea and an innocent smoothie pouch (the orange and mango one)

I read up and it did say that males shouldn't go below 1,600 but idk lol, it's so hard when even things like drinks add up.. I've had 700 so far but I haven't had dinner yet ~

Yesterday:
Toast & Nutella + Cuppa 2 cuppas Beef Olives with onion and gravy + cabbage Slow Cooker pulled pork on a roll with sweet chilli sauce. Cuppa Today: Cheese Omelette on toast + Cuppa Cuppa Not sure what's for dinner, thinking I'm making chicken and rice soup but I don't know yet. |
