I used to live near Torquay a few years back. Dancing holiday? How does that work? Do you find some nice locations to dance at and have a mini relaxation time?
I'm trying to plan my next adventure, think Im going to just go small scale next year and do a big one away in 2015. Looking at South Africa/Namibia for the moment for next year as I turn 30. 1927 http://legendaryjoancrawford.com/sit...27photos14.gif |

Near Torquay? You were lucky, Torquay is a beautiful place. Dancing holiday is, a group of people (similar level, social dancers or advanced dancers, etc.normally elderly people) stay in a hotel, half Bord, average four days. Just dance afternoon, evening, sometime in a morning including dance lecture by professional. Each night, we would dress according to theme, for example, like 1940s, red and black, glittering, Hollywood style, and normally the last night of holiday will be a black tie. I have never been to Africa. One day I would love to see Victoria Fall. You follow your dream while you are still young :amazed: (you are still seriously young) http://www.photographymojo.com/wp-co...up-namibia.jpg |

..yeah, it is an amazing shot, Sooty..I've always been fascinated with zebras, it's almost like they're two animals that have been confused and muddled up..half tiger/half horse.... |
I would not surprise if they have both tiger and horse's genes, Ammi

1934..yeah, they do look quite prehistoric as well, I think...and rhinos do as well, like a throwback from another age...

"Rhinos", what a nostalgic name, Ammi :amazed:

1936..LOL, yeah Sooty...that was what my granddad used to call me because he said I always rushed/charged around and into things..a bit accident prone..which I was, once when I was chasing my brother, he ran through the door..(it was a glass door..)..and as he ran through it he kind of pushed it closed and I ran straight through the glass...rhino/charging lol...I was invincible though..like a super rhino....
|
That's explain to me, Ammi.lol
Once I was wondering the name and concluded that you might be a member who lives in Africa. 1937 |
