While I would have LOVED to see Pauls face when Jessica used the Hex it did make sense for her to tell people about it.
Josh is beyond at this point. If ANYONE did half the stuff he does to him, he would lose his mind and would crumple into a ball of tears (not that he doesnt do that anyways!)

I would love to see Jessica win HOH next week after using the hex and then booting Paul. Her biggest mistake was not putting Paul up beside Josh next week.

I wonder how the season would have went had Paul not come back? Im sure it wouldnt be as entertaining but it would have been better then everyone aside from Jody acting like hes God

Jack_ 02-08-2017 02:43 AM

So I'm all caught up and what a great season this is turning out to be! I'm getting a lot of old school vibes from lots of different aspects :clap1:

I've been absolutely screaming @ Josh in the recent episodes :joker: #meatballs is this year's #friendship and I'm here for it <3

Paul and Alex's alliance is cute

Jess and Cody make good TV and the divide is fun but I don't really care for them, also Kevin was sweet but now he's cancelled for ruining what would've been a better blindside

Jack_ 02-08-2017 02:44 AM

oh and lol @ Grodner finding a way to shoehorn another comp in

Mind you I'm still enjoying the twist this year, probably up there with the MVP as the most tolerable of modern BBUS?

I'm shook at seeing a post that's soooooooo right. :clap1: I thought I was just meant to disagree with everyone at this point.

Agree with this too (although I didn't like MVP... maybe on a season where the votes would vary or just not on a season like BB15). Also this "temptation comp" idea is waaaaaay better than ****ing Roadblock and BotB :joker:

Yeah I was about to say I've just had a read back and it looks like I'm way off the mark this season :joker: I'm usually in the minority for BBUK though so hey why not add this too! I don't think we often have the same faves so slay?

Paul's never gonna be liked on here and I kinda figured Jody were being stanned when she got the temptation, so in all honesty the thing that surprised me the most is that people aren't liking this season...early days obviously but it's the best since BB11 for me and reminds me so much of the classics

Jack_ 02-08-2017 03:20 AM

also credit where it's due, Jessica is playing the best game and it's kinda annoying

Jason. 02-08-2017 03:21 AM

Poor you spending 15 hours catching up just to come out with these horrific opinions at the end of it all </3

Jack_ 02-08-2017 03:23 AM

Hey meatball I can't help being right!

Jason. 02-08-2017 03:25 AM

I agree though that it's not a bad season, like the cast is largely awful and it's so frustrating to watch at times, but it's still watchable and it could be worse.

It's not as good as BB17 though.

Jack_ 02-08-2017 03:30 AM

Recency bias probably plays a part but I think I'm preferring this season so far to where we were in BB17 at this point? That could still change and I don't wanna jinx it but idk I feel like I lost a lot of my faves early in 17 (worse pre-jury eviction order ever) whereas I've not really cared that much about anyone so far?

Although we agree here and there I think, just kinda depends on the season. We agree more than I agree with most here at least (Jason :fist:). :joker:

That's actually the biggest shock to me as well. Best season since BB10. There's so much going on every week and the characters are at the very least enjoyable. The chaos/character mix is gold this season whether you like them or not. :clap1:

You've lost me there.

Queen Jillian was ROOOOOBBED </3

(but no I agree with not caring too much about the rest that have gone and Jillian was UTR so even then, oh well I can live with it)

My issues with this season are...

1) this can't be stated enough, Paul is just *so* ****ing loud and suffocating and we don't need him vetsplaining every single thing. My intelligence was insulted when he had to explain what a backdoor was considering he definitely doesn't know the origin of such a move.

2) Josh is actually too stupid to function and just the latest student from the Zach Rance School of Attention-Seeking where he's just desperately throwing things to the wall in hope that something will stick. To Evel Dick's credit (?!), pots and pans were at least original when he did it, and he never cried like a bitch when he got a taste of his own medicine. And meatball was never funny and is just continuing to make less and less sense. I wish death on whatever producer voiced down encouragement to Josh from the Diary Room.

3) Paul and his hemorrhoids are SO ****ing focused on "making it to jury" that it's nauseating and created a cult of entitlement to the point where Jessica is the devil for... wanting to use a power that America bestowed upon her and *not* guaranteeing everyone a spot in jury? Like she said, the stipend is $8000; get a job. Mattress in particular is the most egregious about this ****ing bull****, which is rich considering all he has done so far is stuff his face and wipe cum off of his stomach with the same towel he does the dishes with. That being said, the rest of the hemorrhoids are becoming more and more obnoxious about it and I hate them all. I'd looooove for the jury to go back to 7 without announcement just to shock these people with the fact that you aren't entitled to making jury just by coasting for the first month. Like Jess said, they're all expecting free handouts but if you want to get to jury then ****ing earn your spot.

4) The plot has been incredibly stagnant. We're currently watching Week 1 over again for the third time, and it will still result in nothing. We will need to go through this week at least one more time after this, and it will be the exact same dynamic. Also, there will be 12 people left in the house on Day 50. I firmly believe that having a weekly elimination is a crucial part to a reality TV show having success in order to keep things moving along, but now we're at a point where Battle Backs and Halting Hexes make it incredibly hard to even remember how the game is played.

There's probably a lot more but those are the main ones I can think of right now.

JerseyWins 02-08-2017 11:32 PM

The only real issue is they're trying to make Jessica the new Janelle so bad when she just has absolutely nothing on Janelle. It's just not there but fans are blinded by the Paul/minions hate. And idk what Cody is but they've overdone his stay by weeks when he should've just been out Week 2 like his character is basically designed for. :joker:

30 minutes until this episode though... This should be a(nother) good one! :clap1:

So we can get Jody out in one quick swoop?

Nope Paul and Maven buh-bye

Macie Lightfoot 03-08-2017 12:04 AM

Can't wait to see Cody ATTACK PAUL'S CHARACTER and GET IN HIS FACE. The only thing that would be better is if he could see Jessica try to hit Raven.

EspeonBB 03-08-2017 12:04 AM

Ugh I just know they're going to edit Paul as the hero
