Oh good grief.
What is this with Aston Villa.

It's getting depressing for me.

They haven’t the strength in depth ( like Newcastle) and I think they will fall away soon ..

Reese James about to come off after 26 mins. He would be a great player if he wasn't plagued by injury.

bots 10-12-2023 01:30 PM

He is either injured or suspended

Swan 10-12-2023 01:40 PM

Sterling starting on the bench is a strange one.

City losing, this could be the season we can regain the title, improve on our sloppy play and we should have enough to go ahead of Arsenal.

January could be important we need a CB and DM and I'd say the league will be in our hands

Well, you need to win the league proper, your one and only title has that huge asterisk sat next to it atm. If there was any season Liverpool could win it, this is the one.

Chelsea have 1 in 5 good games in them, it's tragic. Watching them play in a game like this is a very boring experience.

bots 10-12-2023 03:12 PM

I cant make up my mind who is worse, chelsea or man u

Chelsea for sure. Utd can play poorly and still get something out of the game. Every time Chelsea play poorly, which is a lot, they lose 100% of the time.

Swan 10-12-2023 03:46 PM

Spurs playing dirty as per.

Schär and Joelinton should have both got straight red cards … the rest were filthy as filthy as usual

Only Almiron doesn’t foul cynically but he falls / dives / cheats at every available opportunity

Spurs and Newcastle are the roughest/dirtiest teams in the PL, no question about it.

Chelsea captain Reece James sustained a hamstring injury in Sunday's Premier League defeat to Everton.

The England defender was starting his first game since 25 November at Goodison Park, but had to leave the field after 26 minutes due to injury.

James, 24, has struggled with injuries over the past two seasons, featuring in only 24 Premier League games since the start of the 2022-23 campaign.

"Scan results have confirmed a hamstring injury," the club confirmed.

"Reece [James] will now begin his rehabilitation programme at Cobham."

The Premier League

Who is at the top of the table?

Before the league stopped, Liverpool were 25 points clear of nearest rivals and current champions Manchester City, leaving the title well within their reach with nine games left to play. After only losing one game this season, the title appears to be theirs to lose.

Maguire and Shaw are injured, Fernandes is suspended. Liverpool are going to hammer united at the weekend

Nicky91 13-12-2023 12:52 PM

Arsenal gave most starting 11 players rest last night vs PSV

wise decision by Arteta i think, especially with Man City choking against Luton :hehe: and with Liverpool in a strong form currently (crisis, what crisis :joker: pre-season)

Man United looking like to be in trouble i think

especially with the blow of a european exit not even EL for them

Why on earth did Arteta bring on Odegard , Rice and Jesus as subs when they’d already qualified ?
