You would have to get phone unlocked though..but its great.

You dont even have to top up your phone, every month it resets your calls/texts/data even if you put nothing on it. Its great for me as I very rarely top mine up yet I can still ring people and that.

£20 for the simcard but it comes with 15 worth of credit too.
