She presumably worked out that she wasn’t that popular before that hence her being in the bottom pairing and now she knows that the public will dislike her even more ..

I don't feel sorry for Sophie at all, Shaughna didn't even shout at her but i guess Sophie can't handle the truth. Nas wasn't put in that situation but it was still selfish to ask him to throw something away with Demi so she can stay and think about Connor? She should have asked Mike and only Mike since he hasn't got anyone anymore.
