im gonna divide my day up today
breakfast: one slice of wholemeal toast butter and jam in lesson one of my teachers gave me: slice of chocolate cake slice of chocolate sponge galaxy cookie crumble cake bar break time: pot of apple, melon, orange and grapes from waitrose lunch: slice of margherita pizza slice of flapjack after school: an apple cheese and ham toastie costa toastie small peach lemonade (not food but still) tea: tagliatelli with pesto and brocolli a mr kipling chocolate slice that i didnt even want before bed: bowl of krave cereal |
Burger King - Double Whooper meal with nuggets and Fanta. Pink Lemonade.

I'm trying not to eat but as i need to have something i'm trying to limit it to something small per day.
i reckon ive had less in 2 weeks than most have in 2 days lol , today - noodles and sausages yesterday tin sausage sandwhich toasted day before - 2 pieces of chicken day before -3 packs of crisps day before nothing day before 2 slices of bread day before sliced ham and bread |

180g of wholegrain rice and a small pork medallion (approx. 5cm) |
..scrambled egg on toast and I'm not meant to eat eggs/rebel...
