Italian bmt.
I generally hate lots of meat. I hate casseroles where the meet is just boiled. If meat isn't fried or roasted for 110 hours i'm reluctant to eat it, but bmt is so good I never want to know what meats they cram in there. :D |

im surprised how little people actually eat.
having said that, i haven't eaten anything today but thats because im on the 'eat nothing to lose a bit of weight fast' diet i broke the 12 stone barrier a couple of days ago and its not on. |

it works because theres nothing going in your body so your burning fat just by sat there doing nothing but if you try to exercise aswell you will probably faint D: starving > exercise |
