CBS have announced their renewals now.

Big Bang Theory (for 3 more seasons.)
Person of Interest
NCIS
NCIS: LA
Criminal Minds
CSI
Elementary
Hawaii Five-0
Blue Bloods
The Good Wife
2 Broke Girls
Mike & Molly
Mom
The Millers
Two and a Half Men

Which means The Mentalist, Intelligence, Hostages, The Crazy Ones are still left over and will probably be cancelled.

BBfanUSA 13-03-2014 08:28 PM

Also in the states, BBT is moving back to Monday Nights, It's not doing badly at all (About 16 mil), They got NFL rights for Thursday nights.

Two and A Half Men is rumored to be doing it's final season, 13 ep run but haven't seen any confirmation of it. (I blame Cryer)

Oh and Jorge Garcia is joining Hawaii Five-O cast as a regular.

Vicky. 13-03-2014 08:29 PM

I have never seen it, but I thought the mentalist was like..really popular :/

It wasn't it was in a death slot on Sundays.

james130 13-03-2014 08:31 PM

Not happy about them probably axing The Crazy Ones. :(

Joelle. 13-03-2014 08:44 PM

I'd be surprised if they didn't give The Mentalist at least one more season, but Intelligence is a gonner. I think I read somewhere Hostages was supposed to be a one season thing anyway, not sure how they would continue it.

Mystic Mock 13-03-2014 09:45 PM

Hostages and Intelligence are done for as they both barely stay above the 1's in the demo, and The Crazy Ones has a small chance but I don't rate it's chances too much.

Samm 13-03-2014 10:50 PM

Is this just USTV?

GypsyGoth 13-03-2014 10:53 PM

I'm glad Hawaii Five-0 is still going and I was planning on download Elementary and watching it from the start, but that might be in a month or two.

Was gonna have a look at Hostages, but I won't bother now.

BBfanUSA 13-03-2014 11:25 PM

Elementary is such a great show and I'm glad they haven't tried to start a Watson (Who's played by Lucy Liu) and Sherlock (Played by Jonny Lee Miller with a british accent) romance.

Instead they did something brilliant (Story Spoiler)
Spoiler:

Moriarty and Irene Adler are the same person and is protrayed by Natalie Dormer, used an American accent for Adler, switched to a British accent for the big twist that she is Moriarty. There is a somewhat of a romance between Sherlock and her still.

Mystic Mock 14-03-2014 09:20 PM

Can any show avoid romances lol? The biggest let down of all TV shows.

Locke. 14-03-2014 10:26 PM

Vampire Diaries cancelled

At least it's not Sherlock and Watson.

You cold hearted bugger.

I don't have a problem with romance as such but, yes, especially US shows tend to be stuck in the pattern of not being able to have male and female main characters without some sexual tension/will they-won't they situation.

4srs?

Novo 15-03-2014 07:25 PM

No, Claire Holt who plays Rebeckah has left though so the end is near

Marsh. 15-03-2014 07:40 PM

I can't get passed the irritating Nina Dildo to watch that show. She can't act.

Tom4784 15-03-2014 07:48 PM

I do think that Vampire Diaries won't last for much longer, the first three seasons were better than they had any right to be but the fourth season and the fifth season so far have been weak.

I'll give it two more seasons at most.

Roy Mars III 15-03-2014 07:57 PM

they focused way to much on the crappy love triangle and ignored the aspects of the show that were actually good

Mystic Mock 15-03-2014 08:00 PM

Shows like TVD always do that though Roy.
