Well perhaps you're not surrounded by people taking illegal substances or going out partying all the time.

Im sure on the celebrity curcuit its very easy to start taking drugs and drinking more then you would if you were working a 9 to 5.

Just my opinion

thesheriff443 13-01-2012 07:46 PM

your right it is a choice, but drink is not an iligal drug, how many people in good well paid jobs come home after a stressfull day and have a couple of glasses of wine,it can start as easy as that,

Not every celeb takes drugs ,drink until the fall over every weekend, or lays on their backs ,be they single or even worse a married Mother ,my argument is EVERYTHING Denise has done ,and is still doing is her choice

Did i say that?

Im saying that on that scene where you obviously as most celebrities do attend charity dos and parties then yes its very easy to fall into the drug scene as they are far more common there.

Denise is an alcoholic, which is a mental condition at the end of the day, no matter how much it has been glamorized.

I think Denise should be judged on what she brings to the house, not on one single comment she made to some hollywood actor when she was pissed. She is a nice lady, but she is very complex, which is why she is perfect for big brother.

It does seem strange that she is getting hate now, when all she did was get a bit moody, get over it. It makes good telly.

Those two very truthful words. HER CHOICE.

She wants to act the way she does, she makes that choice to behave the way she does knowing how alcohol affects her, and still she CHOOSES alcohol.

Celeb or Joe Bloggs....it makes no difference. We all have pressures of varying degrees: we all have choices. Some make bad choices, very bad ones, and continue doing so, never learning from their mistakes. Denise is one of them and I have not one ounce of sympathy for her.

Maybe the OP is correct and she is on the verge of a breakdown and public hate. I don't find that sort of thing good viewing.....I find it very, very uncomfortable to watch

She is an adult, it charge of her own life, she chooses to degrade herself and her family ,and I cannot and will never agree with her actions

she chose to go on BB. She knows her own psyche better than anyone - she made that choice - the rest as they say is history.

I am over it and you're right it made good telly, particularly when Michael walked away and started talking to himself, telling himself to stay away or something.:joker::dance:

She has spoken about her mental health a lot and her husband was worried about her going into cbb coz she has a tendency to go a bit mental.

She shouldn't be drinking, but she clearly has an issue with addiction. You don't need to drink every day to be an alcoholic. I wouldn't be surprised if she goes straight to the priory after cbb. I think she needs it

InOne 14-01-2012 01:48 AM

She was gagging for alcohol on livefeed. Her glass was pretty much full and when they were pouring more she kept holding it up

In this day and age, believe me, you can get all class of drugs probably far more easily than celebs do - mostly because they have to be careful about who their supplier in for obvious reasons: the common man doesn't - and drugs are as easily accessible to the ordinary person as they are to celebs. No one forces anyone to take drugs, and/or alcohol. It's a choice.

Why are you allways like "trust me" "believe me" like you know best lol. You believe me ive worked in clubs and pubs most of my working life so i know how easy it is to get drugs and i know for a fact that celebs doing it is overlooked but a regular club goer is defo not.

For instance Janice Dickinson was doing coke backstage when i worked at G-A-Y and no one batted an eyelid but when we done it (yes ive done drugs and had a great time, no shame here) we had to do it in secret coz people would get fired for doing so.

Rochelle from the Saturdays was also doing mdma there in full site of everyone.

Drugs are accesable everywhere true but celebs get away with it alot more then we would if we got caught. Paris Hilton is a classic example of being let off on numerous occasions for drink driving and being caught with class a drugs.

Looks this is more a post from you to allow you to name drop.

I've worked in pubs and clubs too you know, not that you need to work in them to see what goes on (noticed and 'unnoticed) when you are in said pubs and clubs. I don't consider that you are in any more priviledged a position than anyone else to comment.

Drugs are as easily accessible to the common person as they are accessible to celebs. it wasn't about 'getting caught' with drugs or taking them in your earlier post: it was about how easy they were get. I'm saying it is as easy to get drugs for the every day person.
