I finished Sleeping Dogs the other night... it didn't take me very long, which was a little disappointing, because the open world could do with a little more side-missions and collectibles and so on. But the story was fun, the gameplay was interesting and dynamic and the overall design was nice. I did love the game, just thought it was too short.

I've started playing Arkham City tonight and oh. my. god. it. is. beautiful.

Novo 05-03-2013 02:16 AM

Did you play Arkham Asylum?

Shaun 05-03-2013 04:55 AM

i didn't :(

About to get started on Red Dead Redemption, original and zombie. Can't wait, only a few years late.

Currently: watching 10 year old daughter build rollercoasters in Minecraft for the Xbox. She's addicted.

Playing Shadow of the Colossus a bit, and Cartoon Network Racing for the PS2 with my son.

I bought Mass Effect 3 on a whim at the weekend because it was only £20 and I've heard so much good about it so I thought why the hell not, and I'm actually very glad that I did!

I'm not that far into the story yet (well at least I don't think I am), but I'm loving it so far. I'm also unhealthily obsessed with two of the characters to the point where they have become a new otp for me.

So in short, yes I love this game. 10/10. A+. 5 stars. Would definitely recommend.

Gears of war - Judgement but not loving it. Its a mess. The developers have taken out many of the things that made Gears of War what it is and put in features that make it more like Call of Duty.

Playing Tomb Raider. Might seem like an odd comparison, but it's reminding me of the Batman Arkham games. And I don't like that style of game.

I don't think it's like Uncharted at all from what I've played. Would be better if it was tbh.

idk if I'll play anymore.

Bought
Fallout New Vegas: Ultimate Edition
Oblivion: 5th Anniversary Edition
Dark Souls: Prepare to Die Edition

Only £40 for the lot.

Didn't like Fallout NV a whole lot (the game world was seriously lacking in comparison to 3 in terms of exploration), but I want to give it a second chance. I think I was consistently comparing it to 3 and expecting the same experience, which ended up ruining it for me.

Oblivion doesn't look like its aged well, but there's so much content in that game (especially 5th Anniversary Edition) that if I can look past its clunky-ness I could see myself getting really invested in that world.

And Dark Souls... ****

Niall 13-04-2013 05:15 PM

I completed BioShock Infinite earlier this week and I adored the whole thing. I couldn't stop playing. I would write in more detail about it, but I already made a massive post on my Tumblr about it all. Anyway, I was waiting to see if I liked the game first to buy the season pass, and now that's it's impressed me so much I've bought it. (The pistol and the machine gun do so much more damage with the bonus the pass gives them!)

I've been playing a bit of Tekkit for Minecraft too. I have this really nice log cabin set up in the middle of a rainforest and it's all quite lovely.

I didn't like it all that much either. It's just so.. bland? The whole game felt like some sort of glorified expansion to F3.

Dark Souls :worship: enjoy Samuel :joker:

The atmosphere and detail in the world was so immersive, and the ending was just incredible. Can't wait for more.

Started a second Borderlands 2 playthrough, and have been logging more TF2 hours now Steam have added Trading Cards (for some bizarre reason).

Planning to get through some of my older Steam games after the exam season is over. Then, Pikmin 3 to justify my owning of a Wii U.

GiRTh 23-05-2013 08:37 PM

Still on GOW Judgement. Its getting better but its still only half a game.

NBA 2k13. Season is virtually over so no one is on line anymore.

Ramsay 23-05-2013 08:40 PM

Metal Gear Solid 2 HD on PS3. At that scary part where everything goes all crazy :(
I NEED SCISSORS! 61!

I tried playing Cool Spot on the SNES recently because I hate myself

Samuel. 13-06-2013 06:26 PM

20 hours into Fallout: New Vegas.

Enjoying it a lot more than I did the first time around. Just going around exploring and looting everywhere, ignoring the main missions. Really is the only way to play Fallout.

Still not immersed like I was with 3, but I'm still liking New Vegas a lot.

GiRTh 13-06-2013 06:27 PM

Still honing my skills in Gears of war3 and judgement.
