Yeah, you tried that when Becky screwed with the shopping, too. Harry himself has already commented on how stupid this was. He didn't deprive the entire house of their personal shopping budget - he only messed with the communal budget. Caroline and Becky were just twats.

Regardless of what she did order it is still edible.

She 'attempted' to target the smokers by not ordering what they had spent their personal part of the shopping budget on.
That's singling people out!
