I think the 3.83m is the official for the launch.

Jake. 11-01-2013 01:42 PM

No I get that, but sid is saying that it got 3.2 overnight

That was probably the excluding +1 raw figures, which is why the "time shift" is huge at over half a million, as it adds +1 as well as people who recorded.

Jake. 11-01-2013 01:52 PM

Ah ok! :D

DigitalSid 11-01-2013 01:56 PM

Live = people who watched it on Channel 5 9-11 as it aired
Timeshifted = +1 and recordings

I think.

Jake. 11-01-2013 02:04 PM

Ah ok thanks Sid

DigitalSid 12-01-2013 08:49 AM

Average = 2.29m (9.3%)
Peak = 2.68m (10.7%)

Beat ITV in 16-34s, BBBOTS = 733k (6.1%)

g17m 12-01-2013 09:22 AM

as an audience share, that's not bad at all. Rylan and Claire's reactions when speidi came back would have made for great LiveFeed though

*mazedsalv** 12-01-2013 09:33 AM

Interesting how last night beat Wednesday's show as usually Friday is a lower rating day. CBB10 2nd eviction (Cheryl) went below 2m.

Good to see it still climbing as yesterday was the highest rating since launch.

Hopefully Speidi going back in will make tonights ratings even better than last saturday.

Jake. 12-01-2013 10:06 AM

Not too shabby!

daniel-lewis-1985 12-01-2013 10:37 AM

Not great but not that bad.

It deserved higher but Channel 5 didnt really take the opportunity to make the most out of their return.

Live feed would have probably got 1.8 if not 2 million as people would have stuck around for it.

What rating were you (realistically) hoping for?

For Speidis return i think it could have averaged 2.5/2.6 nothing to drastic as the episodes have been consitantly getting around 2.2.

Hopefully with the buzz on twitter though just like the CBB9 argument it pulled in a large audience on +1.

Seeing as the launch got 3.8 officially the interest is definatley there but i think Channel 5 are bad at promoting the twists/evictions as they dont make them events and not having live feed last night was the biggest mistake they have ever made ratings wise.

Short of a much publicised bust up I can't see any episode before the final this series averaging 2.6m (peaking at 2.6m maybe, this episode did, but not averaging), 2.6m is about this series total viewership, if the viewers that tuned in some nights but not all, those who are watching but not religiously, were to watch on the same night together that's what it'd likely get and you're not going to get a night before a final where they're almost all in.

Shame tonight's episode is airing on a Saturday, with the right audience around, on a better night, it might have been this year's Pantsgate, it's been described as the CBB fight night.

BBSpy, Jarrod.

It wasn't quite as big as was made out, but for Spencer's face alone, it was in my opinion, a classic :laugh:.

Jake. 12-01-2013 10:58 PM

It was what this series needed, a kick up the arse.

DigitalSid 13-01-2013 09:43 AM

Live = 1.91m (8.7%)
+1 = 178.5k (1.1%)
Average = 2.09m

Jake. 13-01-2013 09:44 AM

Again, good for a Saturday although it was the episode which should have been seen

*mazedsalv** 13-01-2013 09:46 AM

2.09m is you really round it up. It beat last week by 20k which already was really high for a Saturday!

12k off 2.1m is *very* good for a Saturday, but yeah, it's a shame this episode didn't air in the week.
