Zee definitely gave a chauvenistic vibe of, and clearly couldn't handle Leah right from the off, he clearly didn't want to bring his male friends who were at fault back with him into the board room but I also thought Leah didn't deal with it very well either...so it was a bit of a shambles all round really.

It was funny at the end when Kurt readily admitted he was at fault, and couldn't believe he'd gotten away with it..it was a rare moment when they all seemed to be fairly comfortable with each other.

He ignored Natalie and her input, he riled up Leah and didn;t even have the common courtesy to hold the door for Natalie on return to the boardroom.

youre wrong and if you made such a nonsense accusation in the real world you would be rightly sued the pants off
he perfectly justified it and did so politely too....he said leah was negative from the start offered no support, demanded she be leader then after a democratic vote to have zee as leader she demanded she lead the sub team with no discussion or asking others....zee rightly said he gave her this chance showing he wasn't in any way sexism or biased......she failed , she ignored him from the start slagged him off every single second and in the end she contributed almost nothing and came back with just 1 product a deal she herself did not clinch

meanwhile Natalie has been on the losing team every week (possible 1 off) each week shes done almost nothing of note, she only ever pipes up in the boardroom, she contributed nothing, no products , no ideas and she simply played to the cameras for pity.....lets face it the team were a disaster but leah dragged it down more than anyone and Natalie simply did nothing.....at least the other 2 showed energy and purpose and positive efforts.

Sued? I doubt that. It is a shame that zee didn't see Natalie faults as well as you can.
The boys were as much use as a chocolate fireguard in that task, LS warned leah to step up next time and not be shouted down, I think she will take that on board.

Macie Lightfoot 29-05-2013 11:38 PM

I mean Zee literally said on You're Fired that he didn't bring Kurt back because he didn't want him to get fired so yeah. He has this boys club mentality and bias towards anyone with a Y chromosome and it bit him in the ass, end of.

Benjamin 29-05-2013 11:53 PM

truth, even Lord Sugar said that Zee brought the wrong two back in to the boardroom.

Brother Leon 30-05-2013 12:01 AM

He bought the person who was on his back from the start and the silent one back. It's not as bad as being made out.

MTVN 30-05-2013 12:04 AM

And in fairness Natalie has been pretty rubbish in every task, she's already been in the bottom 3 once, and she hasn't really improved at all since then, I thought there was a good chance LS was gonna fire her

Benjamin 30-05-2013 12:07 AM

Hmm, but for Lord Sugar to agree that he took the wrong two back means a lot. Usually he'll slate a PM for bringing one person back who shouldn't have been, but to bring two is just asking for instant firing. I actually think may have survived if he had brought Kurt or Neil back. And I don't get why Zee said he didn't bring Kurt back because Kurt would have been fired over a simple mistake that anyone could make??? Most people would not confuse inches and cm.

MTVN 30-05-2013 12:10 AM

Yeah I suppose Kurt was also in the bottom three last week actually, two cock ups in a row may well have sealed his fate

Benjamin 30-05-2013 12:11 AM

As much as I think Zee was useless and a sexist, Kurt should have been fired for that absolutely simple mistake.

the truth 30-05-2013 12:12 AM

did he actually say he took the wrong too back? lets not forget that despite all the false and vile allegations of so called sexism just because he took 2 women into the boardroom (something loads of women have done over the years and never ever been accused of sexism, but then again men never do bother making petty accusations like we saw last night) that the women have lost most tasks and Natalie especially.....leahs performance was awful last night and her attitude throughout was even worse.....
also he couldn't sack kurt for the small flag alone, not only would that have been harsh, but he and the others were present went they gave the wrong measurements...kurt isn't a great candidate but again he was part of the winning side for the first few weeks...same for the other fella on the team

Yes. In You're Fired LS said that he brought the wrong two back. Yes the women may not have been great, but it was between Neil, Zee and Kurt as to why they failed the task. And he couldn't sack Kurt for the flag. sorry but to **** up such a simple thing is very negative thing in my mind. You expect **** ups like that from children and silly people. not people that want to run a successful business.

Being on the winning side means nothing unless you actually contributed. The winner Tom from S7 was not on the winning team I believe 8/10 tasks but that wasn't down to him.

if Richard branson came on here , hed be shouted off the website as a loon......that's because hes original and sadly most here are not

(and no before anyways says it Im not comparing myself or zee to mr branson lol)

Macie Lightfoot 30-05-2013 12:35 AM

Brainwashed my who? I've felt this way about Zee long before this episode

zee did contribute to the wins he had in the first 3 or 4 weeks
he also contributed the most on this task as he got the most products and haggled the prices down by asking for the boss

he only lost by a small margin on account of the Leahs sub team only bringing in 1 product

as for leah she tells zee on their first phone call stop talking we haven't got time...pretty ignorant ....she then goes straight to camera and says Id have been a better team leader, petty pathetic

also if you want to look at mistakes well sub team leader leah was in the shop when they bought the wrong type of kandoura....her sub team only got 1 product and were well beaten by the other sub team

meanwhile the whole flag fiasco , watch it again, zee says 6 foot by 4 foot, kurt says 12cm is a foot, Natalie says YES....also the one bit where zee supposedly ignores Natalie is when she says shall we look up perfume shops , this is almost halfway through when oud is clearly not a perfume....so shes part of the mistakes too......meanwhile leah failed to find oudh and the opposition SUB TEAM did find it by process of elimination instead of moping about blaming it all on their team leader... leah just blamed it all on zee

read my previous reply you seemed to have missed a great deal fo detail in this and previous episodes.....you've just gone with the crowd like a sheep mate

Macie Lightfoot 30-05-2013 01:55 AM

I didn't miss a great deal of detail, you're just grasping at straws to be different and not go with the crowd. If you know anything about me I HARDLY go with this crowd but a broken clock is right twice a day.

do you honestly believe he was sexist here? seriously? the way they trivialised the meaning of discrimination here was an insult to the people who are really discriminated against

I don't have to try to be different I just give a sincere opinion , try it one day

Macie Lightfoot 30-05-2013 02:19 AM

He clearly has issues with masculinity vs. femininity so if you wanna call it sexism than yes. And clearly it's a sincere opinion of mine if I'm having this conversation.

Bluerang1 30-05-2013 03:20 AM

I just don't get why Neil wasn't brought back. He lost them the task. I don't even get why Kurt was worried, it didn't cost them too much time and the flag wasn't the problem. I guess Zee loved Neil too much to bring him back. I also hate Neil's face.

Ugh didn't know this was on yesterday.

neil got the 1 product in that team and has won every week so hes in the clear
leah was stood next to him when they bought the wrong kandoura, she was leader of that team and she let him negotiate for the wrong product.....she actually contributed nothing at all , just negativity and back stabbing, topped off with false libellous allegations

how do you come to that extremely judgemental conclusion?

Cherie 30-05-2013 02:27 PM

Poor Zee, but look on the bright side, he can find his way around Dubai without a map.
