I lost track of what I ate over the weekend because of the hot weather and bbqs. :laugh:
So today... Breakfast - Toast & ham with mustard + a cuppa (milk, no sugar) Lunch - Chocolate teacake + a cuppa Dinner - Pork loin steak, cabbage and mash. |
I'm so full. I think i'm on veggies tomorrow. :joker:

Not done this for a few days (thankfully as been living off junk food and birthday cake, lol).
Today:- Breakfast: 2 x black coffee, 1 glass water Lunch: 4 x slices of white bread with Crab Pate, 1 x black coffee, 1 x glass of water Dinner: 2 x fillets of seabass crusted with garlic, chilli and lemon breadcrumb, steamed broccoli, roasted butternut squash and baby potatoes, dessert will be a rhubarb crumble and a couple of glasses of red. :hugesmile: |

Breakfast: Toast with sardine and tomato paste + a cuppa (no sugar, milk) Lunch: Turkey salad sandwich + cuppa Dinner: A beef steak, broccoli, cauliflower and carrots with a glass of water Supper: Slice of mexican fajita pizza + pkt of McCoys crisps + cuppa Today: Breakfast - Cocopops with semi skimmed milk + a cuppa Dinner - 2 Spicy bean burgers + brussel sprouts + glass of water Not had this yet but Supper: Koka Curry Noodles (Jessicas thread has put me in the mood for them) |

I began the day trying to be healthy but absolutely flopped by midday
8am - Alpen and a glass of water 1pm - Big Mac and fries, medium coke 5pm - Subway and a medium diet come 7pm - mini quiche, carrot cake slice and innocent smoothie meal deal from Co-Op 8pm onwards - two bottles of J20 I'm going to die |

I despise instant noodles, they make me feel sick. Koka, Super Noodles, all smell an taste disgusting. I however adore Pot Noodles :love:

Lunch: Subway chicken teryakic 6 inch, bowl of meatballs, coke (this only cost me £4 because of a random discount voucher I found on the bus and points on my subcard) Snacks: can of coke, topic, max crisps, large M&Ms I'm yet to have dinner |
