I'm actually dreading Friday when the Athletics starts because I know the coverage is gonna be awful as usual, and there's no Eurosport to switch over to this time :laugh:

They definitely provided a stadium feed on the red button for London if you wanted to watch it uninterrupted and I expect and hope they'd be doing the same here. The swimming is on one of the red button streams right now for example despite also being covered with pundits on BBC1
I understand how it could be annoying but the option's there and I enjoy the studio time tbh, the reason they do it also is to give casual viewers more insight into sports they may not watch regularly/know inside out
I did however mean I don't mind pundits or commentators or indeed presenters being biased, not how much they're shown :p
