You can transfer from Go to Let’s Go Eevee/Pikachu then to sword/shield
Yeah but it needs to go from Pokemon Bank then to Home and I think you need a premium account to do it, might be wrong though you’ll have to double check

Also shaun if you do Go to Let’s Go you get a mystery box that lets you catch Meltan
