I'm bored of it now.....there won't be any come back from the Palace so we won't get the other side of the story but I would live to be a fly on the wall in the various homes today to see what they really made of it

Yes it is boring tbh, I hope it brought them the closure they needed, although I understand there are other clips waiting to be aired? so it will probably rumble on for some time yet

Before the interview aired, Ipsos Mori had been taking stock of people's attitude's to the Royal Family.

The Queen is the most popular member, with 40% of those polled selecting her as their favourite.

Prince William is second with 32%, followed by the Duchess of Cambridge, on 29%.

Prince Harry is fourth-most popular on 24%, a fall from his score of 42% in 2018.

The Duchess of Sussex, is the favourite for 13% of Britons polled, similar to her score of 14% in 2018.

...it’s very French to have two weddings, one personal, intimate one for the legal vows and one more official one to celebrate with others...and well, Paris is always a good idea...:flutter:...Remy’s influence, I reckon...we love to see it.....

My sister-in-law married in a private ceremony 3 weeks before her actual wedding day.
The wedding then went ahead as a blessing.

Absolutely untrue. Diana had help even before she married and afterwards.
Lots of different help, all brought in from Charles and the Palace. I've read it all before, so it will be easily googled.

I wonder is Oprah going to ask them why they didn't take up the post offered to them in Africa shortly after they married, we haven't heard everything yet. :idc:

Bringing in doctors to throw pills at her and worry that she may have some terrible affliction that she could pass on to her children while all the time continuing the affair that had caused it all was not really all that helpful or supportive..

Ammi 08-03-2021 11:57 AM

...I don’t know if it’s already been said in the thread but Meghan revealed the answer to that important ...girl or boy, what will Archie’s sibling be...?...

...I’ll spoiler it for those who don’t wish to know...

Spoiler:

...a baby daughter......

...she said that she was told she would have to seek help elsewhere because she wasn’t a member of staff...the reason also that she and Harry hoped for ‘Prince’ for Archie was for palace security and protection, not because a title was wanted as such...

I am so confused I thought they paid for their own

That's unfair Annie. ONE doctor thought she might have an affliction.
She had help from a string of mental health professionals, just 'throwing pills at her' is an gross simplification.
I adored Diana and if they had refused her help, like Meghan claims they did with her, I would be the first to say so.

...this was while she was pregnant that they were told that Archie wouldn’t be a prince and have an equivalent security/protection to how she had believed/been led to believe...obviously Archie, would very much be a target as part of the Royal family...obviously I haven’t watched it all in full, just parts that are being reported...but that’s how it reads to me, it isn’t relating to their lives now in the USA, it was generally as a royal within the family in the U.K., which was their plan at the time...

You all know that 'Hidden Numbers' is on Film4 at 9? A story of some really courageous black women who fought oppression with their incredible intelligence and overcame discrimination and other obstacles to take an instrumental part in a historic global event.

Or you could watch a woman who was in one serial TV dramas and married a Prince.

I know which one I'll be watching.
