The Good News

All media say, her (Prime Minster) speech is around 25mins

at 11AM or just after that.

arista 05-10-2022 09:13 AM

Everyone is putting Truss down.

Her Problem is "Growth"

The whole world lacks growth
due to Poxy China and its Covid-19

They have a Zero Covid Policy
Slowing world trade - right now

joeysteele 05-10-2022 09:14 AM

Well her next challenge has to be the benefit likely increases.
Whatever the views of the fair number of hard-line Cons as to people who need and claim benefits.
I agree with Penny Mordaunt they should be increased at the inflation rate.

This was stated as would be the case by Johnson and Sunak.
You can't in fairness and decency tell people that IS what will happen.
Then this gross Truss changing it and not honouring it.
Certainly for this coming years increases.

That is wrong and amounts to a breaking of trust.
To the people told the increase would be at the inflation rate.

Over 4 in 10 claimants who claim Universal Credit are IN work.
Yet still need to claim the benefit.

As for what she will say today.
It will be about a possible fantasy growth coming as a hope.
It will be about delivering.
Delivering what???

I wouldn't feel confident thinking Truss could make a pot of tea.
Never mind do the full right thing for the 4 Nations of the present at any rate, United Kingdom.
She's absolutely hopeless.

arista 05-10-2022 09:17 AM

[I agree with Penny Mordaunt they should be increased at the inflation rate.]

They need to Sack her from the Cabinet.

She is causing Trouble

No, she knows more of what's right.
She has at least more of an understanding and fairness than Liz Gross.

Truss is the one who should be sacked and should never have been PM in the first place.

Causing Headlines
Sack Her

The PM can not be sacked, fast

bots 05-10-2022 09:38 AM

there is an argument for controlling benefits when the economy is flying high and people have the opportunity to earn a good income. It is heartless in the extreme to cut peoples benefits when they are already struggling

Heard it all before.
Half her speech are likely to be the tired out old repeats.
