I hope there aren't any repercussions for the minor, selling underage explicit photos is still a crime. There's not any indication (that I know of?) that there was an element of coercion?

I thought the youngster took to drugs and committed suicide ??

Wasn’t the mum blaming the celeb ?

Unless I misheard something ??

the whole thing is pretty messed up really. How did the person become a crack addict at 17. How did the parents not notice that the person had a lot more cash to spend. How can someone paying cash to another person be blamed for their addictions. Why does the mother keep referring to her 20 year old as a child. Even at 17, they are a young adult

The presenter is dodgy for sure, but he wasn't responsible for everything else

No, I don't think they have committed suicide. They are a crack addict but still alive

Not only did the celeb push the kid into drugs, but opened the door to sex work. Pure evil.

how did he push the person into drugs? If you work for an employer and they pay you, are they pushing you into drugs? As i said, the presenter is obviously dodgy, but a lot of blame is being put on him for things completely unrelated. There doesn't appear to be any suggestion of coercion

Going to the persons employer rather than the police if you have iron clad evidence of the crime committed, isn’t a very good look

The licence payer has a right to know who this individual is, their duty of care to other male presenters is shocking

The BBC seem to forget it's a service paid for by the public

They are a modern day mafia that use threats to extort money

Well it is - by not clarifying, all male presenters have the possibility that it's them being bandied around.

Exactly.

By leaving virtually all of their tv talent up in question, the BBC is failing all of them.

No, accusations are just that, accusations

If wrong doing is proven then it’s should come into the public domain

I could accuse you someone of rape, it shouldn’t be a guessing game of who it is

Crimson Dynamo 09-07-2023 06:33 PM
