It grey and overcast here in Manchester (for a change :laugh:) but its so muggy, getting ready for work has been a chore

we had two cracking T-Storms last night but they have passed North now and its all about the heat now

also advice has been given to check your medication, and be careful now with the heat, since medication can react differently in extreme hot weather

take good of elderly now with this heat, make sure they drink enough, they stay out of the sun


also at a mini petting zoo here the workers there had made veggie ice for the animals

make sure if you have dogs, cats that they can drink more than enough


luckily we outside have 2 water areas for birds, insects

now it's 37C here in eindhoven and also in Enschede and maastricht
