the reason I haven't been posting here as of recent is because these past few weeks I've eaten way way way too much and I'm both embarrassed and ashamed
gonna force myself to eat 1200 calories for rest of the week and then start doing 1500 |

I was AWFUL today:
coffee 2 digestives three pieces of toast 2 1/2 cookies two slices of pizza(to be fare I only ate the toppings because I felt bad about earlier) decaff coffee 4 ginger biscuits (because I felt bad and started thinking "whats the point I've ruined my day") |
