I hate Sterling

Zizu 24-12-2023 12:34 PM

I’m thinking 2 goals for Broja ..

Same old sh!t

Zizu 24-12-2023 01:28 PM

Why do Chelsea trust Sterling with long distance free kicks LOL

He couldn’t trap a bag of cement and he even scuffs some of his passes !!

I’ve always said Sterling was vastly overrated but everyone defends him saying he was the best player for England and so on ..

He still runs into dead ends like he did 10 years ago and doesn’t see the ‘pass’

That penalty claim LOL

Totti cheated by falling over then Sterling deliberately fell over Totti’s outstretched leg /)

Chelsea can still win this

Palmer is a class player

Mmmm

It looks like defenders are being coached to play out from the back but not coached In defending

That decision to book Sterling is actually insane !!

He was barged heavily by the defender !

He will be able to appeal surely

The refs in this league are completely unfit for purpose

9 bookings in the second half !

Can’t decide between Arsenal and Liverpool but I’ll go with Spurs third and ManC fourth !!

Controversial

I personally don't rule Man City out going on a 15 game winning streak.

But if they're having an off year (by their standards) then I could see Liverpool and Tottenham being the two to duke it out for the title, especially once Son and Maddison are reunited as a partnership.

Arsenal I think will be similar to last year where they choke at the final hurdle.

Son goes away for 5 weeks soon apparently plus they lost Romero to a hamstring injury yesterday

Every team is beatable this season and that's great as it makes for a far more interesting run in. It would be silly to write off Man City at this stage

Guess it’s any one from 5 ??

I think City are weaker than last year and the rest are stronger .. plus Arsenal and Liverpool are still evolving and still in 3rd gear

city haven't got out of 2nd gear yet, they are still bedding in new players and Kevin will be back soon. He alone, will make a huge difference

When does their punishment kick in?

Swan 25-12-2023 07:33 PM

If i was a Arsenal or Liverpool fan I'd be praying KDB doesn't come back and hit the ground running. Could make all the difference.

Only thing going for Chelsea is the League Cup. If we get to the final, just hope Liverpool don't embarrass us (will be a straight forward win for them though). We'll probably avoid relegation. No chance of European football in any form next season however.

I’m not sure … he’s getting older and the injuries keep coming .. it’s not an unfamiliar pattern .

They are betting everything on Haaland yet I saw some interesting stats about him ..
He was basically out of this world for the first 5 months of last season but tapered off somewhat … now he hasn’t started off that amazingly so why assume he’s gonna take the world by storm on his return .. plus a load of his goals last season came from Gundogan , Mahrez and Cancelo

Tbh it's why I think that Liverpool are the favourites to win this season.

you can't find a positive word to say about Man City, you are without fail continually negative about them, when they have been and still are the best team in europe. Liverpool, spurs and arsenal can't hold a candle to what city have achieved over the last 10 years

It's his bias. He can't see beyond it. Anyone with a knowledge of football knows if KDB comes back and hits decent form straight away, Arsenal/Liverpool etc are in trouble. It's just a fact.

You can say Utd are sh!t. I can say Chelsea are sh!t. But Arsenal and Liverpool are angels. Never put a foot wrong, and every team that faces them is a "bully".

That Arsenal/Liverpool match was average at best. To Zizu, because he likes them, it was a "marvellous" game. It wasn't, it was a bore, bar Salah's goal.

I won't let that Udougie challenge on Sterling drop, it was a clear red and dangerous play. The only reason i wont let it drop is because Zizu spams this thread non stop when a player from a team he likes is fouled. But when it's against a team he doesn't like, it's "fair game".

I have no love for City, but seeing them win another PL title would be all that more sweeter this season. However, i do think Liverpool will win the title this season.

Now that’s your bias showing ..

Just because disagreed with one of your comments a few months ago …

Plus you exaggerate my feelings/thoughts to ridiculous levels - sad thing is I think you actually believe what you are saying about me .

You are actually too blinkered to have a reasonable discussion or debate with

Newcastle playing some nice football for a change .. no nasty tackles as yet . although maybe that’s because Joelinton isn’t playing and he sets the tone
