…(..I think…)…the way I’m interpreting what media articles are reporting is that the first thing was Kier Starmer scrapping the Rwanda plan and the Rwandan government saying…‘you’re not getting your money back, don’t even think about it, baby…Rishi gave us that £240 million and we’re keeping it…’…/…or similar words…which is t quite the same as agreeing to pay…recollections may vary, I reckon…
