I've still not been inspired yet. I rewrote a rap in a recent hit but I don't think I'm going to use it because I don't know what else to do with the song. Hmm

I've got three songs I think I can work with and have some very basic lyrics to start each one off, all the same theme :D it's a question of which can I make funniest?

:love: aww this made me smile. Never a truer word, I used to be on the phone to mum at the drop of a hat, for a grumble if need be, or to share something funny I'd seen or heard. And to discuss Corrie and Eastenders :laugh: little things like that are the loveliest memories. It's a comfort cos I know exactly what she'd say in any given situation :)

I've never seen it Glenn, think it's the only Julia film I've yet to watch. Must try to see it.

....awwww, Kate..:hug:..the good thing I find though..(with my dad..)..is that whenever I really need him to advise me on something in a way that only he could, I think about it and somehow his voice is still there because really I know what he would say from a lifetime of knowing him, so he's never really left at all...

Yes, that's spot on Ammi. I can hear her tone in my mind, and as mentioned it's a great comfort. I woke this morning and came on here, the first two posts I read were yours and one from lostalex which I've put in my sig. Both really really made me smile. :hug:

Nothing nicer than a Monday off :) I've got a fairly quiet day today, I'm planning to rearrange my bedroom though, that'll be ... erm ... Fun. Lol.

Yes, I'm moving my bed and a set of drawers, so I can have a small tv in here. It's a reasonably spacious room and it'll look better than it does ATM.
