Three things!

1.) That was Rex's restaurant.
2.) The commentator read it wrong cause it's 'Beach Blanket Babylon' and not 'Beach Bar Babylon'.
3.) The one they showed from outside is located in Notting Hill but the place they were sitting in was not the interior decor of the restaurant, so i'm not sure why they used the exterior of Rex's restaurant in the first place!
