And because it's a bank holiday weekend I treat myself and went to my local chinese take-away for a take out and got sweet and sour chicken with egg fried rice and chips and a portion of bbq spare ribs (probably dogs)


it's now nearly 2am and I haven't had my supper yet.

Today, the usual Oatso for breakfast, then a banana sarnie in the afternoon, then later some Aldi's prawn crackers.
