Why are BB letting him off the hook with PATHETIC little punishments EVERTIME he breaks the rules?

FFS please vote him out this week cus i really cannot stand the sight of him any longer. I don't know the guy and i never want to, and i NEVer thought i would EVEr feel like this about someone i dont know but he makes me cringe.
