Why would Charlie make a loud bang at Lisa while thier relationship is tense?
 

What makes someone pick a person they are p\ssed off with and then do that?
Then try to explain that it was for a bit of fun.
A bit innapropriate to "have fun" with someone who is getting on your nerves.

My nephew was bullied badly at school while some other kids watched - and laughed.

He knew Lisa was volatile that day. It's his way of getting revenge and making Lisa bark at him and look worse.

I laughed at Roddy not Charlie, I clearly know Charlie is an attention seeker.

She is the bully of all bullies, and it's strange that if you confront a bully they don't know how to react, the cracks were showing with Polyp.

The OP wasn't trying to draw any comparison or to suggest that Lisa is without fault here; he's just being objective and illustrating that Charlie's actions are that of a bully on occassion.

There's no need for you to justify his actions by condemning Lisa's behaviour.
