Danyl, Lloyd and Rachel have topped the votes

John & Edward consistently in the bottom 4 and only missed out on last weeks bottom 2 by 0.5%

http://www.dailystar.co.uk/news/view...NERS-REVEALED/

They appear to have got it right last year so that might (surprisingly) have some credibility

setanta 29-10-2009 11:26 PM

It's all spin though. I don't believe any of it at this stage.

bettiepage 29-10-2009 11:27 PM

Rachel?!

I'm a huge fan but I couldn't imagine her being top.

Jack_ 29-10-2009 11:28 PM

Was it the Daily Star that leaked the results of Eoghan topping the votes last year? Cause I thought it was the Sun so that's why I believed the J&E stuff.

Wouldn't be surprised if Rachel had topped the votes either though, sympathy vote but the main reason being her pathetic 'Stacey-like' outburst which voters have obviously fallen for.

Lloyd and Danyl were pretty obvious.

Daily Star said this

http://www.digitalspy.co.uk/xfactor/...ting-leak.html

then a few weeks later said this a week later

http://www.digitalspy.co.uk/xfactor/...its-press.html

which definitely ties in with the voting

Thanks, definitely willing to believe this over J&E claims then.

MrGaryy 29-10-2009 11:45 PM

yeah Rachel and Danyl top yet both have been in the bottom 2...

Jords 29-10-2009 11:47 PM

Im relieved J+E did not recieve the top amount of votes!
But please Rachel!?

People must have brought into her fake outburst and the whole sympthy vote was played,
tuuut.

Danyl after going last and Dannii's comments

Rachel after the sympathy thing and actually putting on a half decent performance

Look at the table for last year, Scott finished 2nd in week 1 due to being slated like mad by the judges and then was kicked out in week 3

DrunkerThanMoses 30-10-2009 12:06 AM

:) Hope to god its true!

Damaris 30-10-2009 10:02 AM

By Peter Dyke *gigles*

I dont believe that tbh.

Would be good if it was true

MarkWaldorf 30-10-2009 10:14 AM

There's no way any of these newspapers could know what the percentages are. The only people who know are the independent adjudicators who finalise it. The show are given the names of the people in the bottom 2 and work with that (i.e deciding what order to reveal names etc).

xDramatick 30-10-2009 10:16 AM

ah hope it's true!

ITV and the producers are given the percentages each week, its the same with all shows like this. They base the show around the percentages.

MarkWaldorf 30-10-2009 11:08 AM

Yeah I know, but there's only been two times the votes have been leaked (iirc, series 2 and series 5) and investigations were carried out. I highly doubt the Daily Star has the voting information.

Beastie 30-10-2009 11:27 AM

I dont want John and Edward to go this week :(

I think Danyl and Rachel could be the bottom 2?

Arneldo 30-10-2009 11:48 AM

I dont believe either The Sun or Daily Star now. Although I could belive that J&E topped the voting more-so over Rachel. I can't imagine Danyl went from 1st to last in two weeks, and Rachel went from last/bottom2 to first.

when? we will never know with series 1-4, and nothing like that never happen last year. last with it was quiggy on top pretty much until the bottom 2 stopped when he dropped to 3rd and stayed in 3rd place until the final.

It hasn't always literally been from top to bottom or vice versa but in some cases as good as.

Scott was 2nd in week 1 and eliminated in week 3
Ruth was in the bottom 2 in week 2 and finished 3rd in weeks 6 and 7
JLS finished 5th in week 7 (so least popular once Rachel was voted off) and topped the votes 2 weeks later
Rachel went from 8th in week 2 to 3rd in week 3 and was in the bottom 2 in week 4
Alexandra just escaped the bottom 2 in week 7 and won the whole thing

and probably a few other similar cases

Arneldo 30-10-2009 12:23 PM

Thats not as extreme as going from 1st out of 12 to bottom 2 out of 10 though, is it? Or 11th out of 12 to 1st out of 10.

If it is true then this years voting must be extremely close across the board.

... or there are other factors coming into play. As I said a few posts up Danyl had the whole Dannii thing in week 1 (something you can compare to Scott I guess, 2nd out of 12 to bottom 2 out of 10) and Rachel probably had the sympathy vote and she did do quite well too.

Beastie 30-10-2009 12:27 PM

I cant believe the public still fall for the "sympathy vote"

I thought Scott had a good voice last year. I thought he was a bit underated.

Austin had the best voice out of the boys though, then scott then quiggy.....

robb 30-10-2009 04:31 PM

I believe that the earth is flat, that the moon is made of cheese, that Villa will be in the big four anyday soon...........but I CAN'T believe that Rachel OR John and Edward are top of the polls!!!

MeMyselfAndI 30-10-2009 09:47 PM

i hope this is true then john and edward will go, although i hate Lloyd he has an awful voice
