It's really windy outside.

Some may know about the bad winds around the Country, the worst of it in Cornwall where I live. Winds have been about 80 mph today. Still strong now but dying down a little bit. Has it been windy where you live?

Was amazingly windy yesterday, could hear it through the brick walls aha.

and tonight now its still pretty windy, can still hear it

Stu 13-11-2009 11:03 PM

Just hope it snows soon! :)

arsenalforever 13-11-2009 11:04 PM

About a month ago the wind was terrible here in Sheffield, it ripped a blade from a wind turbine right off, and there were many fallen trees.

Stu 13-11-2009 11:07 PM

The rivers almost rose above bridge level here today. Cork was nearly flooded.

Oh well. I love it all, personally. Bit of character. And nothing like being indoors battered when it's pissing outside.

Rain is lovely. I love hearing it tapping on the window, but for the past two days I've had the misfortune of being out in it and returning home with soaked feet. Grrr.
