Waterloo Road Discussion Thread - Info on Janeece's return & latest departures!

I can't find a discussion for this anywhere!

I absolutely love this show! Anyone else watch it here?

Nicklol123 06-05-2010 10:09 PM

Yes, I love this also. It should be a proper soap like airing every single week!

2k9david2k10 06-05-2010 10:11 PM

i love this show so much been really good up to now exspecially Lauren storyline i cried like a baby :(

Patrick 06-05-2010 10:12 PM

Love this.

Have watched it for so long, its definiatly a great show.

However I must say this series has not been the best.

Series 4 was far better.
I often find they get rid of the good characters early.

Like they got rid of Earl Kelly in S4 in Episode 8 and got rid of the amazing Jenna Louise Coleman (Lindsey James) in Episode 10 of S5.

Which is a shame.

Im also upset how many characters are leaving this year.

I think Bolton is leaving sadly, Along with Steph and Rachel :(

I hope Series 6 is good, Janeece is returning :D

We have like 5 Episodes left of Series 5.
And next week looks pretty good, theres a fight between Sam and Bolton.

2k9david2k10 06-05-2010 10:16 PM

found this on wikipidiea for next year ohhh :elephant:

Oh i disagree Patrick, i think when you add up the first half of series 5 and the second half, it's amazing all together. Series 4 part 2 got a little boring in my eyes, the only person i liked who was left was Janeece and Rachel. This series, i've grown to like Michaela and many more characters.

Can't believe Eva Pope is leaving though
I'll never forgive her for doing that lol.

I belive Series 5 part 1 was great, I just dont think the past few weeks have been as good.

I do like the new storyline with this new lad Finn.
I felt so sorry for Mr Mead last night when his car was covered in paint :(

I agree, Michaela has been a better character this series.

I thought I would miss Chlo, Donte, Marley, Flick, Janeece and all the students from last year alot but the new characters have filled their spots quite well.

I think Grantly is one of the funniest teachers as long as he stays its all good lol

Do you know what year Bolton and Paul are in?
Im not sure if this really is their last year or not.

I felt sorry for him because i think he was genuinely going to help Finn from then on, but he didn't want to know.

I do miss Janeece, but she's on her way back :dance::dance::dance:
So i can't wait. I'm not sure if she'll be as good without Maxine though, those two were hilarious at times.

Grantly is so funny! The other week when Kim was banging on about teachers who "needed to talk" and he read out the list of symptoms and said "stress, feeling tired all the time, grumpy...this every teacher in the world" LOL, but it was the way he said it haha.

I think Paul, Bolton, Michaela and the others are in Year 12, which is like Sixth form isn't it?

So, no show tonight!

That's complete trash! Waterloo Road is miles better than Holby City!!!

Patrick 12-05-2010 07:08 PM

No show next week either.

The wankers.
They replaced it with some other show no one gives a crap about.

Im complaining as soon as they sort their idiotic site out.

officialleafan 12-05-2010 07:10 PM

I'll complain too.

It's even worse because Holby is trash!

officialleafan 12-05-2010 07:14 PM

God, sending a complaint to BBC is the hardest thing ever!
I've requested to send a complaint and i'm getting "BBC News or BBC sports"? Neither!!!

officialleafan 12-05-2010 07:23 PM

Patrick, how are you sending a complaint?

Braden 12-05-2010 07:23 PM

I hate the election right now!

Same here, they had all that coverage for someone who...erm...walked out of a door and down the street. There was no need for it at all.
I can't understand why Waterloo Road has been pushed back two weeks, surely they could fit it in somewhere...

dj2k10 12-05-2010 07:29 PM

ive sent a complaint!

You can not trust The Bloated BBC.

They Delete shows
just to test how many want it?

They are Corrupt and should not get Public Money
as BBCAmerica makes billions.

Braden 13-05-2010 03:26 PM

Apparently it was on at 12:00 on BBC Three

officialleafan 13-05-2010 04:03 PM

I don't think it was, i'm sure it would've been mentioned by BBC if had been.

This.

And it would of been on iPlayer.

As most of you are/should be aware Janeece is returning in the next series of Waterloo Road, i always wondered what she'd be returning as because her school year is over. But i've found out that Janeece is actually returning as the new Waterloo Road secretary and will remain there all through series 6, which begins at the end of this year.

Got some more news on the cast members that are leaving at the end of series 5 (the current series)

Steph Haydock
Rachel Mason
Paul Langley
Philip Ryan
Kim Campbell
Bolton Smilie
Michaela White

That's all so far. I'm gutted about all of them ^^^, i can't believe they're getting rid of so many good characters...

Haven't you considered that the actors may have decided to leave?:), they always seem to find good replacements and I can't wait for Janeece to come back.
